Overview

Visitors should expect to see the species including Zanzibar’s cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, Cardamone, curry, pepper, tamarind, ginger, menthol, and many other spices and herbs brought by the sultans of Oman across the Indian Ocean. Our guides will give you detailed descriptions of what the various plants are used for, though not all of them are for food, others are used for medicine.

Itinerary

We will pick you up at your hotel and take you for a drive to Kidichi Spice farms where you will offboard and start walking with our proffessional tour guide who will speak your language, you will walk accross the spice farm meet with local farmers and get a chance to see many varieties of spice  farms and fruits, whereby our guide will explain the history of spice trade and how it is used in our modern day as an important comodity to international and local trade. You will later walk to the local spice market where you will buy fresh spices and also have taste of fresh fruits from the farms
